Aben Technical Services takes Health, Safety and Environment as the major core elements of the business to ensure the well-being of the public, staff, client’s assets and the environment.
We follow and meet the requirements of relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and Licencing / Competencies which include the management and training of staff in key areas including (but not limited to);

Regular audits are performed on work places, together with site safety audits and the establishment of Job Safety Analysis prior to commencing site work. All staff have regular input into Health, Safety and Environment systems through regular meetings and open discussions. Monitoring is also performed together with the maintenance of statistical safety data.
Staff are trained and certified or licenced in many safe work and security practices which include;
- Working at heights
- Confined space
- Breathing apparatus
- Elevated work platforms
- Rope access
- First aid & CPR
To ensure the well-being and health of all staff, ABEN provides a regular medical checking program and ergonomic office requirements.
